PROGRAMME

The workshop focuses on “La Bohéme” and aims to deepen all the technical and musical aspects of the opera. The students conductors and pianists are invited to prepare the whole opera or at least have studied the main pieces, the student singers are invited to prepare their entire role.

The lessons consist of podium sessions with the piano and theoretical lessons with the teacher.

All the main aspects of the opera will be studied, the traditional interpretations, the vocal and interpretative aspects, the more purely directorial aspects both from the musical technical point of view and the relationship with the direction and the various problems related to a modern opera production. 

A professional accompanist will be available for the whole length of the course.
